CRESCINA TRANSDERMIC RE-GROWTH

Crescina Transdermic HFSC includes the basic formulation of Crescina Re-Growth HFSC – protected by several patents – combining two amino acids, Cysteine and Lysine (basic components responsible for hair keratinization processes) with a Glycoprotein and a vasodilator component inserted in a hydroalcoholic vehicle: numerous efficacy tests indicate the ability of this association to stimulate natural hair growth by acting on bulbs that are still active or partially inactive, but not completely atrophied. In particular, the formula is characterized by the HFSC complex (Stem-Engine with Hydrolyzed Rice Protein and Corosolic Acid), that helps protect the niche of the hair follicle stem cells for triggering new hair growth.
The formula has been recently improved thanks to the introduction of Labo's patented Transdermic Technology, which allows the active ingredients to penetrate the different layers of skin and scalp, and to the Booster Complex, which provides the cells of the hair bulbs with molecules that help the hair growth process. Finally, 3 enhancers improve and facilitate the activity of the active ingredients.

TRANSDERMIC TECHNOLOGY

In order for Crescina functional molecules to penetrate the hair system not only through the follicular openings but also through the scalp, Labo researchers developed a “Transdermic” Technology based on the very low molecular weight of the active substances and on the presence of enhancers, thanks to their penetration into the scalp skin layers.

Crescina Transdermic HFSC is a topical treatment for cosmetic use that promotes the physiological hair growth.
Thanks to the Transdermic Technology, the active substances of Re-Growth and HFSC Complexes can penetrate through the hair system not only via trans-follicular route (follicle opening) but also through the scalp skin layers (ex vivo test with Franz Cells) assisted by both their low molecular weight and the presence of 3 enhancers (Pentylene Glycol, Decylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol), Swiss Patent CH 711 466.

The percentages reported here below refer to the transdermic penetration of the functional active molecules, in solution, after 24 hours. Transdermic penetration was made possible by the new Labo technology and tested by means of Franz Cells.

Frequent questions

Can I use Crescina treatment during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

Crescina can be used during pregnancy/breastfeeding. However, because of the peculiarities of this particular physiological condition, Labo usually recommends to inform your doctor about the treatment application.

Can I dye my hair during the treatment?

In order not to stress too much the scalp, it is advisable to suspend the treatment when you dye your hair and to resume the application from the day after.

Is Crescina treatment compatible with other hair products like conditioner or hair spry?

Sure, there are no incompatibilities at all.

Do I need to buy a shampoo of the same products?

It is not essential to buy a shampoo of the same line. It is important, however, to use a mild shampoo: from this point of view, Crescina shampoo guarantees the maximum quality.

How long does the treatment last?

The minimum period of application is 2 months, although it is usually recommended to apply the treatment for at least 3/4 months.

Is it normal to feel a slight itching sensation once the product has been applied on the scalp?

Absolutely yes. The preparation contains a mild vasodilator that may cause a slight heat reaction with reddening of the skin for a short time.

How old should I be to start using Crescina?

Considering the hydroalcoholic-based formula of the treatment and the presence of a topical vasodilator that can cause a slight reddening on the skin, for prudential purposes we would recommend the use of Crescina only since legal age.

How do I apply Crescina Treatment?

Crescina should be applied on dry and clean hair (in the morning or evening, depending on your preference) and left to act until the next washing, preferably recommended not earlier than 24 hours since the application.

Where can I find more information regarding the effectiveness of Crescina?
